Guide Platform Usage

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1mcucu ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 1mcucu through the website 1mcucu.net or our mobile app, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the 1mcucu platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To use 1mcucu services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Not currently enrolled in any active voluntary self-exclusion program.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Deposits made using legitimate personal funds and not proceeds from illegal activities.

1mcucu reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be closed immediately, and any associated winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

During the registration process at 1mcucu, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid mobile number.

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 1mcucu account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all winnings obtained through excess accounts.
• Temporary freezing of the associated deposit balance while an investigation is ongoing.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1mcucu will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly reported a compromise to us.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, 1mcucu requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport. The KYC process only needs to be completed once.

1mcucu supports a variety of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed through channels secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Accepted Deposit Methods

We accept deposits via direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank) as well as e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, and there is no standard maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts.

Withdrawal Policy

• 1mcucu does not charge any withdrawal fees.

Daily Withdrawal Limit

Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP account tier. Standard members may withdraw up to RM 30,000 per day, while Platinum VIP members may withdraw up to RM 500,000 per day. These limits can be increased through the 1mcucu VIP programme.

1mcucu offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is activated.

Rollover Requirements

Deposit bonuses and welcome bonuses typically carry a rollover requirement of 3x to 10x, depending on the promotion type. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place bets totalling five times the bonus amount before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse Policy

• Each promotion may only be used once per user and per household.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is prohibited.
• 1mcucu reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers is a serious violation.

No Deposit Bonus

Where 1mcucu offers a no-deposit bonus, higher rollover requirements typically apply. The maximum withdrawal permitted from a no-deposit bonus may also be capped and will be stated explicitly in the relevant promotion's terms.

All games available on the 1mcucu platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by international certification bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently within the respective game information.

Prohibited Activities

• Use of bots, automated tools, or any unfair method to play.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and live table games.
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine intent to play.

1mcucu reserves the right to void any wager or winnings suspected of involving fraud or a breach of rules. All decisions made by 1mcucu in this regard are final.

1mcucu takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. All personal information you provide during registration and use of our platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the 1mcucu Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy page ours.

By using the 1mcucu platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and account-related communications.

The 1mcucu sports betting section is subject to additional rules specific to ensuring fairness and transparency for all users.

Odds Accuracy

Odds displayed on the 1mcucu platform are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are the odds used to calculate your winnings, not the odds shown at the time the bet was placed, should any change occur between those two points.

Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and the deposit will be fully returned to your account. For parlays, a cancelled match is typically treated as void and counted as odds of 1.0 in the parlay calculation.

Sports Betting Winnings Limit

The maximum winning limit per single sports bet is RM 500,000. For parlays, the maximum winning limit is RM 1,000,000 per betting slip. 1mcucu reserves the right to reduce these limits for specific markets or matches.

You may close your 1mcucu account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds with an incomplete rollover) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 3 business days.

Closure by 1mcucu

1mcucu reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
• The user violates any term in this Agreement.
• The user provides false information during registration or KYC.
• Account used by an individual under the age of 18.
• A directive has been received from the relevant legal authority.

1mcucu provides its online gambling platform on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or freedom from errors. Our platform aims to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1mcucu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control.

1mcucu reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest applicable terms.

The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date the last amendment was made. Continued use of the 1mcucu platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
